Kelly grew up the daughter of Colonel Clayton James United States Army. She married Master Sgt Michael Fraser in 2014 who is still active duty and on his 20th year of service assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division. These life experiences gave her first hand experience as to what it’s like to grow up a military child as well as the role of military spouse. While working as a therapist in private practice at Landmark Counseling outside of Fort Benning, Georgia, she specialized in working with active duty military members. She also supported Veterans through assisting them in getting their ratings through the VA hospital.
